Linda Hogan Reflects on “Good Old Days” with Hulk Hogan in Eerie Post Days Before His Death — A Reminder of What Truly Matters

Just four days before Hulk Hogan’s unexpected death, his ex-wife Linda Hogan posted a nostalgic photo on Instagram that now feels especially haunting in hindsight.

Captioned simply, “The good old days!” the photo showed a moment frozen in time from 1996 — Linda in a black dress, arm around her then-husband, while Hogan’s familiar bicep rested gently on her back. The two looked happy. Carefree. Untouched by the years of public drama and emotional distance that would later unfold.

The post went up on July 19. Hogan passed away just days later, on July 23, following cardiac arrest in Clearwater, Florida. He was 71.

A Complicated History

Their marriage and eventual split — was far from quiet. The couple divorced in 2009 after over two decades together, and in the years since, Linda has made headlines for several controversial remarks and public feuds, including criticisms aimed at Hogan and his relationships.

Still, many fans couldn’t help but notice that the timing of her post seemed... different. Some chalked it up to coincidence. Others believe she may have known that Hogan’s health was declining more than anyone let on publicly.

Over the past few years, Hogan had been battling serious complications from numerous surgeries, including lingering issues with his knees and back that left him in chronic pain. Those close to him say the past several weeks had been especially difficult.

MainEvent.News | Backstage Take

Say what you will about Linda Hogan’s history with Hulk — and yes, the drama has been loud and long — but sometimes when a chapter truly closes, people reflect in ways they didn’t expect to. That Instagram post? Maybe it wasn’t a PR move. Maybe it was her way of saying goodbye before the world knew it had to.

There’s no denying the two shared a life together when Hulkamania ruled the world. And now, in the silence that follows his passing, the photo feels more like a quiet tribute than a cry for attention.

🕊️ Rest in peace, Hulk. You’ll never be forgotten.
