Mickie James to Be Inducted Into the TNA Hall of Fame at Bound For Glory 2025

TNA Wrestling will celebrate one of its most decorated Knockouts ever when Mickie James is officially inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame during Bound For Glory weekend on Sunday, October 12, 2025, live from the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts.
The announcement came as a surprise during Notsam Wrestling Live! on SiriusXM, where James was being interviewed by Sam Roberts and Tommy Dreamer. TNA President Carlos Silva interrupted the show to deliver the news, leaving James visibly emotional as the live crowd erupted.

A Career That Defined an Era
James is a five-time Knockouts Champion and an 11-time women’s world champion overall across TNA and WWE. With a career spanning more than two decades, she has consistently been recognized as one of the most accomplished women in wrestling history. Her matches against the likes of Gail Kim, Tara, Deonna Purrazzo, and Trinity (Naomi in WWE) helped set the bar for what women’s wrestling could achieve on a global stage.
Beyond her in-ring accolades, James is known for her crossover success as a country music singer, best remembered for her anthem “Hardcore Country,” which became a staple of her TNA persona. She has also been inducted into the Native American Music Awards Hall of Fame and signed with Sony Music, proving her influence stretches well beyond wrestling.
Joining Elite Company
Since its establishment in 2012, the TNA Hall of Fame has honored 12 individuals and two legendary groups. James becomes the fourth Knockout to receive the honor, following Gail Kim, Awesome Kong, and Traci Brooks. Her induction cements her place alongside the very pioneers she once competed against in shaping the Knockouts Division.
Bound For Glory 2025: A Stacked Weekend
This year’s Bound For Glory is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated in years. Alongside James’ Hall of Fame induction, fans will witness marquee names like The Hardys vs. Team 3D: One Last Time, TNA World Champion Trick Williams, Moose, Mustafa Ali, Steve Maclin, and a deep Knockouts roster featuring Indi Hartwell, Tessa Blanchard, and Masha Slamovich.
James last wrestled for TNA at Bound For Glory 2023, where she fell to Trinity in what was thought to be her farewell match. Two years later, she’s getting her flowers — and the recognition she’s more than earned.
