This week’s ROH HonorClub was a loaded show featuring two championship defenses, the launch of the Women’s Pure Title Tournament, a World Championship Proving Ground match, and plenty of backstage fallout.

ROH World Title Proving Ground Match: Bandido (c) vs. Dralistico (w/ Rush)

Result: Bandido def. Dralistico

Fresh off defending AEW tag gold, Bandido returned to singles action against Dralistico in a Proving Ground match. If Dralistico lasted 10 minutes or scored a victory, he would earn a future ROH World Title shot.

The challenger mocked Bandido from the opening bell, using cheap tactics and outside interference from Rush. After repeated barricade shots and mask-pulling attempts, Dralistico nearly stole the win with rope-assisted leverage — until the referee ejected Rush from ringside.

The distraction gave Bandido room to rally. He blasted Dralistico with a high knee and planted him for the decisive pin.

After the match, Bandido was blindsided by a masked attacker — revealed to be Blake Christian. Christian and Lee Johnson laid out the champ with a brutal beatdown, capped by a Lethal Injection. The assault was cut short when Komander made a surprise return, storming the ring alongside Hologram to save Bandido.

Mixed Trios Match: The Premier Athletes (Ariya Daivari, Stori Denali & Tony Nese) vs. JD Ink, El Magnifico & Rebecca Scott

Result: The Premier Athletes def. JD Ink, El Magnifico & Rebecca Scott

The Athletes arrived bragging about Mark Sterling’s absence and mocked their opponents. Tony Nese and Ariya Daivari showcased their power and precision, while Stori Denali dominated Rebecca Scott with her size advantage.

After a blind tag sequence, Denali crushed Scott with a chokeslam for the finish as Nese and Daivari wiped out the others. The Premier Athletes stood tall, continuing their campaign of arrogance in ROH.

Pure Rules Match: Deonna Purrazzo vs. Viva Van

Result: Deonna Purrazzo def. Viva Van

Though this was a non-tournament bout, Purrazzo looked to send a statement ahead of the Women’s Pure Title Tournament. She forced Van to burn two rope breaks early by relentlessly targeting the arm.

Van fired back with kicks and nearly stole momentum with a sunset flip, but Purrazzo’s technical mastery shone through. She connected with a back fist, a big boot, and finally drilled Van with a snap piledriver to secure the win.

ROH Interim Women’s World Television Title Match: Mina Shirakawa (c) vs. Lacey Lane

Result: Mina Shirakawa def. Lacey Lane

Interim champion Mina Shirakawa fought through her injured hand to defend against debuting Lacey Lane (formerly Kayden Carter). Lane worked the leg to slow Shirakawa down, but the champ countered with sharp strikes and aerial offense.

Lane scored near-falls off a leg drop and bulldog, but Shirakawa turned the tide with a top-rope slingblade and spinning fists. She locked in a figure four leglock, forcing Lane to tap out. Shirakawa retains and continues her reign despite adversity.

ROH World Tag Team Championship Match: La Faccion Ingobernable (Rush & Sammy Guevara) (c) w/ Dralistico vs. The Von Erichs (Marshall & Ross)

Result: LFI def. The Von Erichs to retain the titles

This bout was fueled by betrayal, as Guevara turned on the Von Erichs at Death Before Dishonor to align with Rush.

The Von Erichs fought valiantly, with Marshall using his size to rally the crowd and Ross showing bursts of offense. But LFI’s numbers advantage was too much. Dralistico interfered, Guevara hit a swanton, and Rush delivered his trademark “Horns” in the corner before sealing the win.

LFI remain dominant as ROH’s tag champions, leaving the Von Erichs heartbroken once again.

Women’s Pure Title Tournament Quarterfinal: Billie Starkz vs. Olympia

Result: Billie Starkz def. Olympia

Olympia impressed in her ROH debut, overpowering Starkz early and forcing her to burn rope breaks. Starkz targeted the knee, attacking ruthlessly with the ring post and barricades.

Olympia showed resilience, hitting a dropkick and power offense to nearly advance. But Starkz’s cunning made the difference: she countered a slam attempt into a roll-up to steal the win. Starkz moves on to the semifinals in the Women’s Pure Title Tournament.

Backstage Segment

After her in-ring win, Deonna Purrazzo cut a fiery promo declaring herself the foundation of ROH’s women’s division. She was interrupted by Shane Taylor Promotions, who jawed with Purrazzo before Trish Adora blindsided her, throwing her into road cases to preview their upcoming tournament clash.

🗣️ Wrestling.news | Backstage Take

ROH delivered a well-rounded card that highlighted both its legacy and its future. Bandido continues to shine as a world champion, but the shocking attack by Blake Christian and Lee Johnson plants the seeds for a new faction war. Mina Shirakawa gutted out a gritty title defense, showing her fighting spirit even while injured. The Women’s Pure Title Tournament is already off to a hot start, with Billie Starkz proving why she’s one of the brightest prospects in the business. And with LFI retaining, ROH continues to lean on its strongest act — while the Von Erichs remain sympathetic underdogs. ROH’s blend of technical wrestling, faction warfare, and emotional storytelling feels sharper than it has in months.
