TNA iMPACT Results - July 17, 2025: Slammiversary Chaos Begins: Moose Dominates, Hardys Hint at Retirement, AJ Styles Teased in Shocking End

The final TNA iMPACT before Slammiversary 2025 came in hot from Pittsburgh, PA, and delivered an action-packed, emotionally charged episode filled with brawls, betrayals, bold promos—and a final tease that has the entire wrestling world buzzing.

With Moose asserting dominance, The Hardys questioning their future, and a chilling nod to AJ Styles to close the show, this go-home edition delivered more than hype—it delivered heat.

🔥 TNA iMPACT Highlights – July 17, 2025

📍 Location: UPMC Events Center, Pittsburgh, PA
📺 Aired On: AXS TV
🎙️ Commentators: Tom Hannifan & Matthew Rehwoldt

🩸 Moose def. Sami Callihan

Moose picked up a clean win with a spear, but it was his post-match promo that left jaws on the floor. After taunting Sami, Moose said Callihan should “head back to catering” and remove his boots for good. Sami shockingly began unlacing them before leaving the ring.

Moose then called out The System, but the segment was hijacked by Dark State, who ambushed them before Order 4 watched from the ramp.

🧨 Tessa Blanchard def. Dani Luna (with interference)

With Victoria Crawford at ringside, Tessa stole the win after a distraction. Post-match, she and Crawford attacked Luna—until Indi Hartwell made the save and dropped a fiery promo:

“At Slammiversary, you're gonna meet the real me, bitch.”

🗣️ Elegance, Title Belts & Tension

The Elegance Brand hit the ring and complained about fines and being overshadowed.
Jacy Jayne declared her dominance but was confronted by Masha Slamovich, who stared her down as the two held up their titles.

🏠 The Hometown Man def. Judas Icarus

Wearing Steelers colors, HTM got the crowd pop and a quick win with Sliced Bread. Eric Young tried to chase him down but failed.

🪜 Hardys Drop a Bombshell

In a heartfelt promo, Matt & Jeff Hardy suggested that if they can’t win the tag titles at Slammiversary, it may be time for the Hardy Party to end.
Leon Slater interrupted and gave them their flowers—before First Class and the Nemeth Brothers hit the ring. A wild brawl erupted, ending with the Hardys standing tall on a ladder after taking out everyone with it.

🚫 Matt Cardona vs. Jake PainterNo Contest

Dark State interrupted the match, taking out both competitors. Even a run-in from Brian Myers and The System couldn’t stop the chaos.

🏆 Mike Santana & Joe Hendry def. Trick Williams & Frankie Kazarian

Hendry was on fire in the closing stretch before Santana blind-tagged himself in and scored the win. Post-match tension brewed as the victors and Trick stared each other down.

🎥 Final Tease: The Return of AJ Styles?

In a haunting final promo, an old TNA-branded trunk opened to reveal AJ Styles' iconic gear. The gear moved, the lights flickered, and the screen faded to black with a Slammiversary promo.

🎙️ MainEvent.News | Backstage Take

TNA just turned the dial up to 11 heading into Slammiversary. From Moose crushing Sami’s spirit, to the Hardys laying their legacies on the line, to that spine-chilling AJ Styles teaser—this was more than just a go-home show, it was a wake-up call. The line between nostalgia and revolution is razor-thin, and TNA is walking it with confidence. If you weren't locked in before, you are now. Slammiversary just became unmissable.
