TNA Wrestling Releases Hulk Hogan’s Final Match Footage — A Rare Look at Wrestling History

It has been a little over a month since the passing of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, TNA Wrestling has released full footage of what is now confirmed as his last professional match. The bout, filmed on January 26, 2012, during TNA’s UK tour, features Hogan teaming with Sting and James Storm against Bully Ray, Kurt Angle, and Bobby Roode in a six-man tag that brought the house down.

Originally a non-televised live event, the contest had everything fans could hope for — near falls, wild brawls, and the nostalgic sight of Hogan and Sting standing shoulder-to-shoulder one final time. While Hogan had officially retired later that year, this match at London’s Wembley Arena now stands as his definitive farewell inside the ring.

TNA promoted the release as “an epic IMPACT Wrestling Tour showdown that’s never been televised before”, making the video an essential watch for fans wanting one more piece of Hulkamania’s legacy.

RAF01: A New Era in Hogan’s Honor

Hogan’s presence will also loom large tomorrow at the debut of Real American Freestyle (RAF01), a new combat sports promotion co-founded by the Hall of Famer. The event — branded as the Hulk Hogan Tribute — takes place tomorrow, August 30, live from Cleveland’s Wolstein Center and streams exclusively on FOX Nation. Featuring Olympic and MMA stars alongside a special tribute to Hogan from his family, RAF01 carries forward the dream Hogan had to professionalize freestyle wrestling and merge it with high-end production and entertainment.

🎙 Wrestling.news | Backstage Take

This newly uncovered footage from TNA is a gift to fans who never got to see Hogan’s swan song. While his WWE legacy is cemented forever, it’s fitting that his final match came in front of a raucous international crowd with legends like Sting by his side. Now, with RAF01 serving as a tribute to Hogan’s vision, wrestling fans have the unique chance to both celebrate his past and witness a new promotion inspired by his dream launch on the same weekend.
