WWE & Boxing Legends Set to Invade International Reality TV

Bollywood’s biggest reality TV spectacle, Bigg Boss 19, may be about to get a whole lot more legendary. Reports out of India suggest that WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker and boxing icon Mike Tyson are in talks to appear on the long-running series hosted by Salman Khan.
The season premieres August 24, 2025, and already features 15 confirmed contestants with three wildcard slots reserved. The Deadman’s potential arrival as one of those wildcards has sent fans worldwide buzzing—especially since his payday could rival some of the richest contracts in the show’s history.
How Much Could The Undertaker Earn?
If the deal goes through, The Undertaker (real name Mark Calaway) could become Bigg Boss’s highest-paid wildcard entry, with reported figures rivaling The Great Khali’s previous appearance. Khali, who nearly won Season 4, earned ₹5 million (about $60,000 USD) per week during his stint. Sources suggest Undertaker’s team is negotiating in the same range—or even higher.
The 59-year-old retired after his iconic Boneyard Match against AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36 in 2020, but his aura remains untouchable. Most recently, he’s been working with WWE’s Legends and Future Greats (LFG) project, mentoring up-and-coming wrestlers and has made a few appearances on WWE NXT.

Mike Tyson’s Wild Card Power
Adding fuel to the fire, rumors also point to boxing’s “Baddest Man on the Planet” Mike Tyson stepping into the Bigg Boss 19 house. Tyson, no stranger to crossover entertainment—having appeared at WrestleMania XIV and countless TV projects—would bring massive global star power to the season.
Given that the show’s theme this year is expected to be politically charged, the combination of wrestling and boxing legends with fiery personalities could push ratings to all-time highs.
🗣️ Wrestling.news | Backstage Take
This is reality TV gold. The Undertaker and Mike Tyson aren’t just names—they’re cultural juggernauts. For fans, it’s surreal to imagine The Phenom in the chaos of a reality house, and Tyson’s unpredictable presence only raises the stakes. If producers land both, Bigg Boss 19 instantly becomes a global crossover event, not just an Indian TV show. Wrestling and boxing fans will tune in for the spectacle—and the memes will write themselves.
