WWE NXT Results - September 02, 2025: Briggs’ Rampage, Speed Tournament Heats Up, DarkState Falls in Main Event

The Performance Center in Winter Park, FL was buzzing Tuesday night as NXT rolled out a loaded show on the road to No Mercy. Between Lash Legend and Jaida Parker tearing each other apart, Candice LeRae advancing in the Speed Tournament, and an explosive 8-man main event, the episode delivered action, drama, and plenty of chaos outside the ring.
Lash Legend vs. Jaida Parker
The show opened with two powerhouses colliding. Lash Legend controlled early with size and power, but Jaida Parker countered with her speed and tenacity. The fight spilled outside, where Legend nailed Parker with her devastating Lash Extension on the announce table before finishing her inside the ring.
Winner: Lash Legend via Pinfall
Post-match, Parker refused to accept defeat, blindsiding Legend and planting her through the barricade with The Hypnotic to keep this rivalry white hot.

Main Event – Oba Femi, Ricky Saints, Hank & Tank vs. DarkState (8-Man Tag)
The main event was chaotic from bell to bell. While Hank & Tank relied on power double-teams, Oba Femi and Ricky Saints’ uneasy alliance repeatedly broke down into brawls. DarkState nearly stole the win with their double-team offense, but the tide turned when Joe Hendry appeared on the apron. The distraction allowed Hank & Tank to hit their Running Powerslam/Headbutt combo for the decisive pinfall.

🎙️ Wrestling.news | Backstage Take
NXT is in full gear on the road to No Mercy, and this episode had layers. Lash Legend and Jaida Parker are crafting one of NXT’s most physical women’s rivalries. Candice LeRae advancing sets up intrigue for the Speed Title picture, while Trick Williams vs. DIY screams big-money moment for Homecoming. But Josh Briggs was the story — his destruction of Je’Von Evans and Chase U cements him as a ruthless heel climbing the ladder. The main event chaos shows the cracks in Oba Femi’s dominance, and Ricky Saints could be the one to exploit it.
