WWE SmackDown Results - October 31, 2025: Cargill & Stratton Brawl, Cody & Drew Explode Before Saturday Night’s Main Event
WWE SmackDown delivered a trick-or-treat mix of chaos, contracts, and championship drama on its Halloween edition live from Salt Lake City. From Jade Cargill’s fiery face-off with Tiffany Stratton to Drew McIntyre putting Cody Rhodes through a table, the road to Saturday Night’s Main Event took a violent turn.
Jade Cargill and Tiffany Stratton Clash Before Title Showdown
The night opened with Tiffany Stratton storming to the ring furious after Jade Cargill’s attack last week. She demanded Jade come out and face her immediately.
General Manager Nick Aldis warned Stratton she wasn’t medically cleared to fight until Saturday, but the Women’s Champion didn’t care—she called Cargill a “coward hiding behind her Instagram followers.”
Cargill appeared, looking deadly in a Batman Returns-style Catwoman bodysuit, and declared,
“I want what’s mine. Tomorrow night, Tiffy Time is officially over.”
Tiffany charged, and security swarmed the ring to keep the two apart. The tension was electric, and the Salt Lake crowd ate up every second.
Ilja Dragunov (c) def. Nathan Frazer — U.S. Championship Open Challenge
Ilja Dragunov’s open challenge was answered by Nathan Frazer, who came out flying with a high-octane offense. Frazer nearly shocked the champion early, connecting with a frog splash and a Phoenix Splash that had the crowd believing he might pull it off.
But Dragunov’s brutality turned the tide—suplex after suplex, a thunderous H-Bomb, and pure determination sealed the win.
Winner: Ilja Dragunov via pinfall (H-Bomb — retains the U.S. Title)
After the match, Tommaso Ciampa attacked Frazer, sparking a chaotic brawl involving Axiom, Johnny Gargano, and Dragunov himself. The chaos spilled backstage, where Tama Tonga appeared, holding Dragunov’s title before smirking and handing it back—a warning of what’s coming.
Carmelo Hayes def. Kit Wilson
Kit Wilson came in full of swagger, mocking Carmelo Hayes’ “I am HIM” attitude. Hayes dominated early, but interference from The Miz turned the match on its head. Wilson nearly stole it with a corkscrew elbow, but Carmelo recovered, hit a Codebreaker, and got the win.
Winner: Carmelo Hayes via pinfall (Codebreaker)
Post-match, Miz hit a Skull-Crushing Finale and declared:
“This isn’t over until I say it’s over!”
Alexa Bliss def. Nia Jax
A long-awaited showdown between former friends turned enemies saw Nia Jax use her power early on, dominating Bliss with repeated corner avalanches. Alexa fought back using her agility, dodging big moves and connecting with a low crossbody.
When Charlotte Flair provided a distraction, Bliss rolled Nia up in a slick victory.
Winner: Alexa Bliss via pinfall (victory roll)
Afterward, Jax shoved Flair, promising this wasn’t over.
MFTs (Tama Tonga & JC Mateo) def. Motor City Machine Guns
This tag team bout was hard-hitting and fast-paced, with Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin showing why they’re one of wrestling’s most polished duos. But the MFTs, backed by Solo Sikoa, stole the win when Tonga nailed Sabin with Cutthroat.
Winners: MFTs via pinfall (Cutthroat)
Post-match, the MFTs attacked both Guns until Rey Fenix tried to make the save—only to get overwhelmed himself. Shinsuke Nakamura joined the fray but was also laid out after a massive chokeslam from Talla Tonga.

Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre Contract Signing Erupts Into Chaos
GM Nick Aldis presided over the WWE Undisputed Championship contract signing between Cody Rhodes and Drew McIntyre.
McIntyre initially refused to sign, complaining the contract favored Cody. Rhodes called his bluff and even agreed to add a stipulation that the title could change hands via count-out or disqualification — stunning Aldis.
The verbal jabs soon got personal, with Cody mocking Drew’s firing from WWE years ago and Drew hitting below the belt, questioning Cody’s fatherhood:
“Who’d be impressed seeing you trick-or-treat with your daughters tonight? What were their names again?”
That line set Rhodes off. He smashed Drew’s face into the table and chaos followed. McIntyre ducked a belt shot and leveled Cody with a Claymore Kick, before powerbombing him through the table and standing tall with the championship belt.
Closing Shot: Drew McIntyre towering over a broken Cody Rhodes, declaring, “I’ll do whatever it takes to win.”
