The road to WWE Crown Jewel 2025 just got even bigger. WWE has confirmed that WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton and WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer will meet face-to-face tonight on SmackDown (October 3) for an official contract signing that will seal their clash at Crown Jewel.

Stratton, fresh off a dramatic triple threat title defense against Nia Jax and Jade Cargill, has solidified her claim as one of WWE’s most dominant champions in recent memory. But across the ring stands Vaquer, “La Primera,” who shocked the world at Wrestlepalooza when she captured the Women’s World Championship.

Both women now sit atop their divisions, but only one can walk out of Perth, Australia, with the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship. SmackDown promises fireworks as egos collide, contracts get inked, and tensions boil over with Crown Jewel just days away.

🗣️ Wrestling.news | Backstage Take

This is the kind of contract signing that could set the tone for the entire Crown Jewel card. Tiffany Stratton is brash, polished, and basking in her self-proclaimed “Center of the Universe” status, while Stephanie Vaquer is riding a tidal wave of international credibility and momentum. WWE rarely books champion vs. champion women’s matches on this scale, and the fact that it’s being cemented on SmackDown shows how seriously the company is treating it. Don’t be surprised if this segment ends in chaos—because when you put two of the most confident champions in the same ring, somebody’s bound to flip the table.
