The Beast is back—and the WWE landscape has changed overnight.

After two years off the grid, Brock Lesnar returned in explosive fashion at SummerSlam Night Two, ambushing John Cena after his emotional main event and handshake with Cody Rhodes. Just when it looked like Cena was finally getting his flowers from the WWE Universe, Lesnar’s music hit, and the thunder followed. A slow circle around the ring, a smirk, and then the F-5 that shook MetLife Stadium.

So now that Lesnar’s back… what’s next? Tonight’s Raw could mark the start of a new warpath. Here are five things Brock Lesnar might do on WWE Raw as the fallout from SummerSlam begins.

1. Call Out John Cena for One Final Match in Paris

Lesnar vs. Cena is one of WWE’s most iconic rivalries—and now we could be in for one last chapter.

With SummerSlam now in the rear-view mirror, and Clash in Paris looming later this month, Lesnar could use Raw to officially challenge John Cena. Imagine Brock stepping into the ring, barely saying a word before challenging Cena to meet him at Paris La Défense Arena. The Beast vs. The Face That Runs The Place… one last time. It's poetic, brutal, and pure gold for WWE/TKO as they head internationally.

If Cena accepts, we could be looking at the most emotional overseas main event WWE has ever produced.

2. Reveal He Was Sent by The Rock

Lesnar doesn’t usually need a reason to destroy someone—but what if this time, he was paid to?

On SmackDown, Cena referenced The Rock and Travis Scott ditching him after his recent heel turn. On SmackDown on August 1, Cena made a babyface turn that we all were skeptical of but that change at SummerSlam, Cena made a full babyface pivot. That likely didn’t sit well with The Final Boss. Could The Rock have hired Brock Lesnar to deliver a brutal message to Cena? This could be a way for the company to also explain The Rock's absence (storyline wise) that the final boss was dissatisfied with the work that John Cena had put in for him.

A brief, ominous promo tonight from Brock, or even Heyman (doubful)—could unveil a major twist: Lesnar is a mercenary for hire, and Rock’s wallet just opened a dangerous door.

3. Go on an All-Out Rampage Across WWE Raw

Let’s be real—Brock Lesnar doesn’t need a storyline to cause chaos.

If he doesn’t go after Cena again, Lesnar could unleash pure carnage on Raw. Referees, production crew, security, announcers—no one’s safe. We’ve seen Brock destroy rings, cars, and flatten officials in seconds. If WWE wants to reestablish The Beast as its most uncontrollable force, tonight is the night.

This could end with Adam Pearce trying to restore order, only to eat an F-5 for his troubles.

4. Confront Paul Heyman & Seth Rollins

This one’s personal.

Heyman, once Lesnar’s closest ally and mouthpiece, is now managing Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed under the rumored “Vision” faction. But Brock doesn’t share well—especially when it comes to Heyman. Expect tension if Lesnar and Heyman cross paths on Raw.

Will they reconcile? Will Brock demand answers? Or will we see another classic betrayal beatdown? Either way, the history between them runs deep, and tonight could be a flashpoint.

5. Lay Down a Warning for Everyone—Lesnar Is Back and Unleashed

Even if Brock doesn’t say much, his mere presence will rattle the RAW roster. After two years off, The Beast Incarnate is fresh, unpredictable, and more dangerous than ever. He could simply send a message to the entire locker room: No one is safe.

Whether it’s Cena, Heyman, or anyone who crosses his path, Brock doesn’t need a story. He is the story.

🧠 Wrestling.News | Backstage Take:

Brock Lesnar's return wasn't just about shocking the WWE Universe, it was a signal. With Roman Reigns in the middle of storyline changes, and Cena winding down by the end of year, WWE needed a monster. Lesnar fills all voids with ease. If we’re getting Lesnar vs. Cena in Paris, or Lesnar entering a war against Heyman’s new faction, WWE just cracked open a chaotic new era—and it starts tonight on Raw.
