NXT rolled through Orlando with Heatwave fallout and the build starts to WWE No Mercy, with a storyline-heavy episode that set the table for September: Lola Vice stayed scorching hot, Ricky Saints became No. 1 contender to Oba Femi, and a throwback Blindfold Match delivered exactly the kind of chaos you’d expect.
Quick Results
- Lola Vice, Sol Ruca & Zaria def. Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley & Jazmyn Nyx
- Kelani Jordan def. Blake Monroe
- Lexis King def. Myles Borne
- The Culling (Izzi Dame & Tatum Paxley) def. Wren Sinclair & Kendal Grey
- Ricky Saints def. Josh Briggs

Six-Woman Tag: Lola Vice, Sol Ruca & Zaria def. Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley & Jazmyn Nyx)
The babyface trio clicked early—Ruca and Zaria’s tandem rhythm kept Jayne’s crew off balance. Down the stretch, Henley ate a Sol Snatcher from Ruca, and Vice put an exclamation point on it with a spinning backfist for the pin. Vice’s momentum heading toward her title showdown with Jayne is very real.
What a main event! 🙌

Kelani Jordan def. Blake Monroe
Monroe controlled long stretches…until Jordynne Grace hit the aisle, spooking “The Glamour.” The distraction cracked the door, and Jordan sprinted through it with her gorgeous one-of-a-kind moonsault to seal the win.

Blindfold Match: Lexis King def. Myles Borne
Classic chicanery. With both men blindfolded, the ref became collateral—and King peeked, lifted the blindfold, landed a low blow, then hit Coronation to steal it. Textbook Lexis.

The Culling (Izzi Dame & Tatum Paxley) def. Wren Sinclair & Kendal Grey
Charlie Dempsey tapped Kendal Grey as Sinclair’s mystery partner, and she impressed—suplex city for stretches. But fixation on an armbar left Sinclair exposed, and Dame’s sit-out powerbomb ended it.

🎙️ Wrestling.news | Backstage Take
- Vice vs. Jayne feels locked in. NXT is wisely letting Lola stack highlight-reel finishes; pairing her with Sol Ruca’s viral offense only amplifies the aura before No Mercy.
- Saints as the fresh challenger works. Oba Femi’s reign needs varied looks—Saints brings cardio and resilience, which can force Oba into deeper waters than usual.
- Monroe–Grace isn’t done. Bringing Jordynne back into the orbit after Heatwave keeps the cross-brand needle moving and gives Monroe a ready-made grudge.
- Lexis King heat secured. The blindfold shortcut is classic territory heat—perfect for a guy whose offense is 50% smirk, 50% sucker punch.
